Refunds for Issues
If there’s a problem with your order (like a defect or wrong item), reach out within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered on the tracking number, and we’ll provide a full or partial refund once we confirm the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
For any returns, including defective item replacements, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Be sure to package your items securely to ensure they arrive safely.
