At Glamorkit, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after your order is placed, followed by another email within 48 hours once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Please note that pre-order items have different processing times. Shipping times for pre-order items will be listed on the product pages.

Shipping Methods

We partner with Flash Express and J&T Express to ship our orders. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Here’s a breakdown of estimated delivery times within the Philippines:

Within Luzon: 1-3 business days
Within Visayas: 3-5 business days
Within Mindanao: 3-6 business days
Island Deliveries: 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check for any available discounts!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines. If you have questions about potential future international shipping, feel free to reach out!

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at support@glamorkit.com, and we’ll do our best to help you.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
